Position Summary Position Summary This service is seeking prescribers who are comfortable with virtual OAT prescribing and/or PharmaceuticalAlternatives prescribing. The Northern Health Virtual Substance Use Stream provides culturally safe and trauma‑informed support to people who use substances living in the North, including assessment, nursing interventions, Opioid Agonist Therapy, and pharmaceutical alternatives to toxic street supply. Make appropriate and timely connections to local substance‑use supports, where available. Operate in partnership with the Northern Health Virtual Primary & Community Care Clinic. Use phone and video appointments to reach patients. Offer providers the opportunity to work virtually. Remuneration and scheduling Clinic times will be available seven days a week in the afternoons. The seven‑day‑a‑week model will be developed over time and is based on provider availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
