Family Physician - Cowichan Collaborative Health (Cowichan PCN) 200-1827 Reference Number: 200-1827 Cowichan Collaborative Health (CCH) is seeking a Family Physician. CCH is a multidisciplinary primary care clinic located in the City of Duncan, BC, with modern medical office space and a range of health professionals. Each full‑time family physician will have access to two exam rooms/offices, lab, pharmacy, and is supported by an IT‑enabled, fully paperless Med Access EMR system. Role Overview Primary care providers at CCH will provide overflow care to existing clinic patients, develop their own patient panel, and optionally provide hospital inpatient rounding, maternity care, surgical assist, long‑term care, and non‑acute emergency department care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality primary patient care, including physical and mental health services. Provide overflow care to existing clinic patients. Develop and maintain a patient panel in alignment with clinic goals. Perform optional hospital inpatient rounding, maternity care, surgical assist, long‑term care, and non‑acute ER care as opportunities arise. Utilize Med Access EMR and full billing support for accurate documentation and reimbursement. Qualifications Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC. Compensation & Benefits Offer includes a favourable overhead split structure under LFP payment model or 25% overhead FFS. Full paperless operations, lab and pharmacy onsite, and a supportive work environment. Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (pro‑rated for full‑time) Relocation Cost Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (location‑based) Fee Premium: 4.20% Annual Flat Fee: $6,508.80 Rural CME: Starting at $2,200 per annum in years 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400 per annum after 4 years.
