Family Nurse Practitioner Salary Range: $103,525 - $121,794 Project HOME is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated healthcare team and help eliminate health disparities for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and systemic barriers to care. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver primary care services to children, adults, and OB/GYN patients. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM located at the Stephen Klein Wellness Center - 2144 Cecil B. Moore Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19121.
