Our client, a healthcare and facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Facilities Services team supporting the operations at Humber Hospital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Service Coordinator Location: Toronto, ON Pay Rate: $20/hr Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays What's the Job? Handle inbound service requests via telephone, email, and web interface to support building maintenance and operations Create and dispatch work orders to internal and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of client requests Assess and prioritize service requests to facilitate prompt response and resolution Communicate effectively with technicians, facilities managers, landlords, and other relevant parties Participate in program initiatives and maintain confidentiality of client information What's Needed? High school diploma with specialized technical or business training At least one year of relevant experience in customer service or facilities support Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with clear communication skills Strong typing skills and ability to navigate computerized work systems efficiently Availability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays What's in it for me?
