Job Description
St. Joseph's Health Centre Inc. is an accredited rural integrated health care organization encompassing 26 beds (23 Long Term Care beds and 3 program beds), Emergency Medical Services (2 ambulances) and Lab/X-Ray Services. Serving West Central Saskatchewan, St. Joseph’s Health Centre serves approx. 3,000 people. The organization is owned by Emmanuel Health Inc. and operates in conformity with the Health Ethics Guide as approved by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. It is affiliated with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). Reporting to the Emmanuel Health’s Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director is responsible for the management and administration of all of the corporation's activities. The Executive Director is the secretary to the Local Council meetings, a committee of the Emmanuel Health Board. A close working relationship is required with physicians, staff, SHA, Emmanuel Health, local municipal representatives and other relevant agencies.
