The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. Tasks Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize the CEO's time and productivity. Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence. Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding or escalating as appropriate. Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership team meetings. Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items to completion. Assist in planning company events, conferences, and executive engagements. Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, board members, and senior leaders. Draft professional communications, announcements, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reporting. Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the executive office. Support office operations and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Conduct research and prepare summaries on business topics, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-up on executive priorities. Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO. Requirements 2+ years of experience supporting C suite executives, preferably a CEO. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
