About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive
Executive Assistant / Operations Administrator
to support a range of operational, administrative, and project management tasks. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to growing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
billing and invoicing processes
Support
administrative tasks
related to onboarding and offboarding (customers and employees)
Assist with
customer project coordination and management
Handle
vendor communications
and coordination
Help maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience in
administrative and/or operations roles
Exposure to
billing, invoicing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong
written communication skills
Exceptional
organizational skills
and
attention to detail
A
proactive, solution-oriented mindset
with the ability to work independently
Additional Details
This is a
remote role
, but candidates must be available for an
in-person interview in Toronto
Expected commitment is approximately
one day per week
