We are seeking a highly capable
Executive Assistant
to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. The successful candidate will be a professional with exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence and discretion. This is a high-impact role focused on enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness by managing priorities, driving follow-through, and ensuring seamless execution across the company.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support & Prioritization
Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and competing priorities with strong judgment and discretion.
Anticipate needs, triage requests, and ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings and commitments.
Coordinate priorities and reinforce follow-through across executive initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Support the rhythm of the business (leadership meetings, business reviews, board updates).
Track key projects and ensure clarity of ownership, timelines, and execution.
Prepare polished communications, presentations, and reports.
Relationship Management & Coordination
Build strong relationships internally and externally, acting as a professional ambassador for the CEO.
Support key stakeholders including leadership, board members, and external partners.
Meetings, Travel & Governance
Coordinate meetings, events, and domestic/international travel.
Handle confidential information with discretion and support governance processes and documentation.
What You Bring
7+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute with precision.
Comfort shifting between strategic, operational, and administrative work.
