Job DescriptionJob Description Are you a seasoned estate-litigation pro with 6–10+ years of experience, a solid network, and a drive to build something meaningful? At Hammerco, we’re offering a rare opportunity to build your own practice, with the backing of a collaborative, modern firm and a culture built on respect, authenticity, excellence, and growth. *What you’ll do* - Build and lead a self-sustaining estate-litigation practice with strong support. - Work independently and collaboratively to manage existing and new client matters: complex estates, wills variation disputes, undue influence claims, and more. - Mentor and collaborate, guiding staff and junior lawyers, shaping strategy, and contributing to the firm's ethos of 'human first, lawyer second.' - Combine business development, client support, and high-calibre litigation work in a flexible, forward-looking environment. *You bring* - 6+ years (the more the better) of estate litigation experience. The salary range for this position is $150,000–$170,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and year of call. We may consider a higher salary for candidates whose experience or year of call warrants placement above the listed range.
