Job DescriptionJob Description People Store is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Office Assistant for one of our clients, a logistics company in London, ON. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and tech savy? This could be a great opportunity to gain valuable office and administrative experience! Position Details: Pay Rate: $22 hour Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm Duration: Approximately 6–8 weeks Position Type: Temporary Start Date: November 16, 2026 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to obtain updates on order timelines and expected deliverables. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, or other relevant contacts. Collect, verify, and accurately record information. Enter collected data into spreadsheets and databases. Track order progress and follow up on outstanding information. Maintain organized and up-to-date records. Provide general administrative support as required. Requirements & Qualifications: Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak and write in English fluently and confidently. Comfortable making outbound phone calls. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
