Enterprise Program Architect Oracle & Enterprise Transformation Location: US/Canada Remote Role: Enterprise Program Architect Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Architect with 15+ years of experience in Oracle and enterprise transformation , with a proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, operating models, transformation strategy, and executive stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and strategic planning for large-scale ERP transformation programs . Define and govern enterprise architecture, operating models, and transformation strategies . Develop integration strategies aligned with enterprise business and technology objectives. Support finance and supply chain transformation initiatives. Lead program planning, risk management, governance, and multi-vendor delivery oversight. Drive organizational change and support transformation adoption across complex programs. Engage with C-level executives, steering committees, and senior stakeholders . Prepare and present strategic recommendations, architecture decisions, and program updates to executive leadership. Coordinate across business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution. Provide strategic consulting and contribute to business development initiatives. Required Qualifications 15+ years of Oracle and enterprise transformation experience . Proven leadership experience across large-scale ERP transformation programs . Strong expertise in: Enterprise Architecture Governance Operating Models Integration Strategy Finance Transformation Supply Chain Transformation Organizational Change Program Planning Risk Management Multi-Vendor Delivery Experience presenting to C-level executives and steering committees . Strong consulting, communication, executive stakeholder management, and business development capabilities. Willing and able to travel to the United States for executive workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic programme events.
