Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support enterprise-wide platform capabilities, governance standards, and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities Design and support enterprise platform solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization initiatives for core banking platforms, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom technology platforms. Develop enterprise platform standards, shared services, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. Support customer, citizen, and telecom-facing enterprise platforms. Implement automation, monitoring, observability, and platform engineering best practices. Support enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Drive platform scalability, resilience, and operational excellence. Promote platform standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience as an Enterprise Platform Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom platforms. Experience supporting enterprise transformation and modernization programs. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, platform engineering, and automation technologies. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and platform governance. Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements. Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
