Duties:
Enterprise Architects bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities by designing architectures that support and enable business objectives. They ensure that technology investments align with the organization’s strategic goals and priorities. Enterprise Architects establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices across the organization. This promotes consistency and interoperability between systems and reduces complexity, duplication, and technical debt. In addition, Enterprise Architects assess the current technology landscape and identify opportunities to rationalize and optimize technology investments. By creating cohesive architectural blueprints and roadmaps, they help the organization maximize the value of its IT resources.
