Position Summary The Admissions & Student Recruitment Advisor is responsible for attracting, guiding, and converting prospective students into enrolledstudents through a consultative and service-driven approach. The role combines admissions advising, lead management, outreach, and relationship building to support institutional enrollment targets and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Advise prospective students and families on academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, tuition, and enrollment options. Manage prospective student leads through the CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-up, and strong conversion discipline. Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, WhatsApp/Telegram, and in-person engagement to generate interest and support application completion. Follow up with applicants to collect documents, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of all admissions steps. Represent the institution at recruitment events, school visits, fairs, open days, and meetings with education partners. Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, counselors, sponsors, and relevant stakeholders in the education ecosystem. Support onboarding and enrollment administration to ensure all records and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Monitor individual pipeline performance, conversion rates, and enrollment outcomes against agreed targets and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to communicate program value propositions clearly and consistently. Maintain a high standard of student service, professionalism, confidentiality, and brand representation at all times. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, customer service, or another target-driven client-facing role. Experience in higher education is preferred; experience in banking, insurance, hospitality, or other service industries is also valuable. Working knowledge of CRM systems and standard productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of the Kazakhstan education market and local student recruitment dynamics is an advantage. Core Competencies 1. Preferred Profile Student-focused, commercially aware, and service oriented. Professional, presentable, and confident in face-to-face interactions. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider admissions and recruitment team.
