Join our Resources Project Management team as a Project Coordinator, supporting and contributing to our diversified portfolio of industrial clients and project across Canada based in Etobicoke.
Your work will strengthen our project delivery lifecycle supporting efforts from initiating new opportunities all the way through to project planning, execution and close-out.
Your Impact
Drafting, compiling, documenting and delivering technical reports
Support the project team on written communications to a broad range of audiences (both internal and external stakeholders)
Assist with the preparation and compiling of internal team member resumes
General coordination of day-to-day activities across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out stages.
Assist in the preparation and quality review of project technical documentation including specifications, scope of works and/or reports.
Organize project documents, contracts and deliverables.
Lead on the quality review, consolidation and final submission of proposals.
Assist in preparing presentations or reports for the project leadership team.
Prepare meeting minutes and support change order documentation, proposal inputs, notifications, and project close-out packages.
Engage with clients and subconsultants to support smooth, consistent project delivery.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Bachelor's in environmental science, engineering, business administration or a related field.
Min 5 years of professional working experience in project coordination/management
Including 3+ years of Experience at Engineering Consultancy firm
At least 1-3 years of technical writing experience
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe
Mastery of the English language
Familiarity with reports such as NI 43-101, Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFSs), would be considered a strong asset
Understanding of foundational project management concepts and the ability to apply them in consulting and technical project settings.
Exceptional organizational abilities, with a talent for managing detail-heavy tasks accurately and reliably.
Adaptability in dynamic project environments and the ability to balance competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Collaborative, proactive mindset and motivation to contribute to meaningful projects with community-level impact.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$60,100 - $79,600
MB & ON:
$54,800 - $75,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$51,100 - $68,800
