Job DescriptionJob Description Location: Brockville, ON (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations across manufacturing facilities in Brockville, ON and Plattsburgh, NY . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing manufacturing processes, leading a team of engineers, and supporting production in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Lead and develop the engineering team across two manufacturing sites. Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and cost performance. Support new product and process launches from planning through production. Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and process standards. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve technical challenges. Support capital projects, equipment reliability, and long-term engineering strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. P.Eng. designation is an asset. 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. 3+ years leading engineering or technical teams. Experience in electromechanical manufacturing, electric motors, coils, rail, or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, root cause analysis, and project management. Ability to manage priorities across multiple manufacturing locations. Must be able to travel to the U.S. as required. This is a fully onsite position in Brockville, ON.
