Accountabilities In this role, you will lead the design, evolution, and operation of large-scale platform infrastructure while guiding a team of engineers responsible for cloud foundations, developer tooling, and platform security. You will define technical strategy and ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient while enabling fast and safe software delivery across the organization. Lead and grow an engineering team focused on cloud infrastructure, platform services, and developer experience tooling across multi-cloud environments Define technical vision and architectural direction for platform systems that support large-scale engineering and product development Own platform security and compliance posture, including identity, access control, secrets management, and supply chain security Drive evolution of developer tooling such as CI/CD, build systems, deployment pipelines, and observability frameworks Ensure reliability, performance, and cost optimization of distributed systems operating at high scale Introduce AI-driven automation and modern engineering practices to improve infrastructure operations and developer workflows Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, security, and engineering leadership to align platform strategy with business goals Foster a high-performance engineering culture rooted in curiosity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement Requirements This role requires strong experience leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams, combined with deep technical expertise in cloud environments and distributed systems.
