Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP/JDE security roles and authorizations Manage user administration (create, modify, lock, delete users) Provide and revoke system access based on approval workflows Troubleshoot authorization and security issues Support SAP S/4HANA, JDE E1, and related systems Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (UAR) and SoD controls Support internal/external audits and maintain security documentation Ensure compliance with company security policies Collaborate with business and IT teams to define secure access solutions Requirements: Higher technical education in IT Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Knowledge of SAP/JDE security and authorization concepts Experience with user administration and access management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with end users and cross-functional teams Good communication skills in Kazakh and Russian; Intermediate English Understanding of compliance, audit, and SoD principles
