The Key Activities for the Role
Conduct interviews, surveys, and assessments to assist Engagement Leader to define scope
Perform analysis to develop business insight, build consensus and momentum
Lead engagement workstreams, ensuring successful implementation and embedding
Own senior relationships and deliver premium client service
Work with Consulting Partners to develop proprietary content, in multi-media formats
Participate in research with leading academics to push the frontiers of understanding in management theory
Develop business requirements for vivovii’s technology, methodology, and tools based on research and client needs
Conduct market research to assess market needs and competitive position
Work with vivovii Consulting Partners to develop relationships and proposals for prospective clients
Manage relationships and work collaboratively with key delivery partners
Desired Profile
A graduate degree (Masters or PhD), with top marks from a renowned educational institution, and a passion for constant learning
Experience in a top consultancy and/or comparable industry experience
Outstanding quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proven ability to work successfully in teams, motivate others, and gain the respect of clients and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Results-oriented with high standards for quality
Well organized with strong planning skills
Ability to learn quickly, independently, and confidently when faced with ambiguity and challenges
Willing to travel as needed
Work authorization in either the United States or Canada
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
