ResponsabilitésParticiper et diriger des initiatives d’amélioration et de développement des systèmes électriques pour les programmes actuels et futurs d’avions d’affaires, en optimisant les architectures et en intégrant de nouvelles technologies.Préparer, revoir et approuver la documentation d’ingénierie liée aux modifications des systèmes électriques sur les avions pour les appareils en production et en service.Proposer, élaborer et tester de nouvelles approches visant à optimiser les avions d’affaires en matière de réduction des émissions, de coûts, de poids, de performance et de satisfaction de la clientèle.Mener des investigations techniques approfondies concernant les systèmes électriques et d’éclairage afin de résoudre des problèmes complexes et d’améliorer la fiabilité des systèmes.Réaliser des études comparatives (trade studies) pour évaluer, introduire et intégrer de nouvelles technologies sur les avions, en tenant compte des contraintes techniques, réglementaires et opérationnelles.Contribuer au domaine de connaissances en électricité en documentant les leçons apprises, les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie, tant au niveau produit que processus, et en favorisant le partage de connaissances.Assurer le mentorat et le guidage des membres juniors de l’équipe, en les accompagnant dans leur développement technique et professionnel.Gérer les interfaces techniques avec les partenaires internes et externes ainsi qu’avec les fournisseurs, en coordonnant les exigences et en assurant une intégration harmonieuse des solutions.Représenter la discipline électrique auprès des collaborateurs internes et externes, en participant aux réunions, aux revues techniques et aux échanges multidisciplinaires. Compétences EssentiellesDétenir un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise en génie électrique.Posséder au minimum 15 ans d’expérience en intégration de systèmes électriques d’aéronefs ou dans un domaine connexe.Avoir une solide expérience en distribution de puissance électrique et en systèmes de distribution de puissance pour l’aéronautique.Maîtriser la définition des exigences (requirements definition) pour les systèmes électriques et les sous-systèmes avioniques.Avoir une connaissance approfondie des normes industrielles pertinentes, notamment RTCA/DO-160 et MIL-STD.Comprendre en profondeur les exigences de certification et les processus de conformité pour les systèmes électriques d’aéronefs.Connaître les règlements et documents de conseil en navigabilité (TCCA, FAA, EASA) applicables aux systèmes électriques.Démontrer de fortes compétences analytiques et une pensée systémique permettant de structurer des problèmes complexes et de maintenir une vue d’ensemble interdisciplinaire.Communiquer efficacement en adaptant les concepts techniques et les mises à jour de projet à des publics variés, et en présentant clairement l’état d’avancement et les risques aux parties prenantes de tous niveaux.Avoir de l’expérience avec des environnements haute tension et des systèmes d’éclairage aéronautiques.
