- Preparation of Design Drawings and co-ordination between team members and also compliance with P.O.C.K standards and procedures and Client requirements. - Co-ordination with the Lead Electrical Engineer in obtaining all necessary information from other Sections affecting the electrical design of the Project. - Ensuring that all electrical equipment, cable trenches and trays are correctly coordinated in the overall Project. - Keeping up to date with all changes affecting the electrical design. - Maintenance of Project records in accordance with the established procedures. - In conjunction with the Lead Electrical Engineer, setting up and maintaining Project files and drawings during Project execution. - Ensure Project changes are correctly recorded and processed. - Preparation of specifications, enquiry requisition, technical analysis and purchase requisitions for selected items as per requirement. - Prepare scope of work for the installation subcontract, assist in the bid analysis and preparation of final document issue. - Proven expertise as an electrical engineer - Hands-on experience using design and calculation software - Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes - Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards - Problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail - Strong organizational and communication skills - A degree in Electrical Engineering; - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
