Electrical, Cathodic Protection & Instrumentation Construction Supervisor Location: Site Based (Rotation Schedule 28/28) open in 4 locations - Beineu/Bozoi/Kyzylorda/Turkistan. Project: Pipeline Construction Project Key Responsibilities Perform daily construction supervision and quality control of electrical, cathodic protection (CP), and instrumentation works executed by contractors. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and project requirements. Participate in inspections, testing, acceptance of completed works, and verification of as-built documentation. Monitor compliance with HSE, industrial safety, and fire safety requirements on site. Electrical Works Supervise installation of power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, lighting systems, and power equipment. Monitor installation of overhead and underground power cable systems. Verify grounding and lightning protection systems. Witness electrical testing and pre-commissioning activities. Cathodic Protection (CP) Systems Supervise installation of cathodic protection and drainage systems. Verify installation of anode beds, sacrificial anodes, test stations, and CP monitoring points. Inspect thermite welding/bonding of CP leads to pipelines and associated coating repairs. Participate in commissioning and performance testing of CP systems. Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Supervise installation of field instruments, sensors, impulse tubing, actuators, and control systems. Monitor installation and termination of instrumentation cables and fiber optic communication systems. Verify calibration certificates and testing records for instruments. Participate in loop checks, cable continuity tests, and system commissioning activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Automation, Corrosion Protection, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas construction projects. Experience in electrical, cathodic protection, and instrumentation systems on pipeline, compressor station, or industrial projects. Valid Electrical Safety Certification (Group IV or equivalent preferred). Knowledge of international standards, electrical codes, and oil & gas industry practices. Experience with construction drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, testing, and commissioning documentation. Strong communication, reporting, and contractor management skills.
