Main Goal To conquer online sales channel and establishing winning position of L'Oréal products by creating best in class web spaces, maintain always-on eCommerce Activation and comprehensive Online Consumer Care KPIs : # of products covered by product pages with medicalized A+ content ROI & ROAS of eActivation annual plan, reflecting Marketing strategy and Sales goals eCommerce sales value, its evolution and weight in total business Day by day responsibilities You will be responsible for La Roche Posay, Vichy & Cerave online development and perfect implementation of: Online Retail (product pages, brand zones, ad-hoc web spaces) Deploy brilliant product pages & landing pages / web-corners across online channel Engage clients into Medical UX & Dermocategory layout implementation Constantly track PDP health score: relevance of titles, descriptions, visuals and additional content to Consumer expectations and in-site / off-site searches eCommerce Activation (acquiring and converting online traffic) Design and maintain eActivation calendar across Customers and Brands, reflecting Key Selling Periods, product focuses and market specifics Pick most efficient retailers’ tools and placements to achieve sales targets Orchestrating and aligning crossdepartmental eActivation efforts: price promo and overall customer development with Sales off-site traffic commercialization with Marketing Online Consumer Care (ratings & reviews, market protection) Improve Product’s ratings by drive review activity, establish and maintain review processing Create and implement Special Projects with online Key Accounts Roll out and maintain unauthorized sellers delisting process via legal Agency What do we expect Deep understanding of online shopper behavior, its journey across online touchpoints and process of their activation in various channels (marketplaces, omnichannel retailers, etc) Solid knowledge of web-design, familiarity with principles & structure of online point of sales, its navigation and product prioritization models Mastery in content processing and understanding of its impact to search optimization Relevant experience in Beauty, Digital and eCommerce Ability to maintain efficiency in matrix organization and meet expectations of multiple stakeholders Analytical and data driven mind, excellent project management skills Awareness of Central Eurasia markets & Consumer specifics
