Hang It. Finish It. Make It Look Right.
Four Tiers Contracting
is hiring an experienced
Drywall Installer
who can handle drywall work from hanging through final finish.
We are looking for someone who knows how to produce clean, professional results without needing constant supervision. You should be comfortable installing board, taping, mudding, sanding, finishing, matching textures, and completing repairs in occupied homes and active remodel environments.
Four Tiers Contracting is a residential general contractor serving the Greater Seattle area. We specialize in remodels, renovations, handyman projects, repairs, and residential improvements.
Our company was founded by two former foster youth with a mission that goes beyond construction. We believe the trades can create independence, confidence, opportunity, and a genuine career path. Part of that mission includes helping younger and less-experienced people develop real skills and build better futures.

Sand and prepare surfaces for paint
Perform drywall patches and repairs ranging from small damage to larger replacement areas

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Coordinate with carpenters, painters, project leads, and other trades

Full-time work
Steady residential remodeling and repair projects
Opportunity to work on a variety of projects rather than repetitive production work
Direct collaboration with experienced field leaders and company ownership
Opportunity to mentor less-experienced team members as the company grows
Potential for increased responsibility based on performance and capability
Who Will Succeed Here
The right person takes pride in what the wall looks like
after the paint goes on
, not just when the drywall work is technically finished.
You know that good drywall work is about more than getting board on the wall. Corners need to be straight. Seams need to disappear. Repairs need to blend. Texture needs to match. The job site needs to stay clean, and the homeowner should feel confident about the person working in their home.
If you're an experienced drywall professional who can take a project from
hanging through tape, mud, finish, and texture
, we'd like to hear from you.
