The Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting transportation and operational programs through coordination, documentation management, compliance administration, stakeholder communication, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, and possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities Coordinate and administer transportation and operational agreements, including renewals, amendments, reviews, and related documentation. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and support investigations, documentation, and communication related to compliance matters. Track operational records, maintain accurate documentation, and support reporting processes. Respond to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding operational and documentation-related matters. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, action plans, briefing materials, and other communication documents. Support day-to-day operational administration, including data entry, application processing, document filing, and stakeholder coordination. Collaborate with multiple internal departments to support operational initiatives, incident coordination, and ongoing projects. Maintain organized systems for tracking meetings, action items, operational updates, and stakeholder information. Provide administrative and coordination support for operational systems, projects, and process improvements. Participate in health and safety initiatives and follow organizational policies and procedures. Requirements Post-secondary education in logistics, transportation, operations, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, administration, project coordination, or a related environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database/reporting systems. Experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or port operations environments is considered an asset.
