Role Description The District Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing operations across multiple store locations in Fredericton, NB. This on-site position involves managing store performance, supervising store managers, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards. The District Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing teams, as well as monitoring sales performance to meet company objectives while fostering an engaging and dynamic work environment. Qualifications Retail Operations and Sales Management experience, including overseeing multiple store locations Strong Leadership and Team Development skills with experience in hiring, training, and mentoring staff Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Management abilities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Analytical skills for Sales Analysis, Reporting, and Performance Optimization Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Effective Communication and Organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience in the retail or specialty retail sector is an asset Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred Willingness to travel between store locations within the district on a regular basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
