We're looking for a
District Manager
to lead our
Lower Mainland, British Columbia
district. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader who is passionate about developing people, driving business performance, and creating exceptional experiences for both customers and salon teams.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers across your district to achieve exceptional business results while creating an engaging and inclusive team culture.
Drive sales growth, operational excellence, and profitability across multiple salon locations.
Deliver a consistent and elevated customer experience by ensuring every location lives the Chatters brand and service standards.
Partner with Store Managers to recruit, develop, retain, and succession plan high-performing teams.
Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategic action plans to achieve district goals.
Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labour, inventory, shrink, and profitability, taking proactive action when needed.
Champion change initiatives and ensure operational consistency across all locations.
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Travel throughout your district, providing in-store coaching, leadership, and support while fostering strong relationships with your teams.
Lead with accountability while creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

What You Bring
3–5 years of multi-site leadership experience, preferably within retail, beauty, or another multi-unit service environment.
Proven success leading high-performing teams while delivering sales growth and operational excellence.
Strong business acumen with experience managing financial performance, budgets, labour, and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop leaders while building strong succession pipelines.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Experience leading change initiatives and adapting quickly within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Comfortable using business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel throughout British Columbia as needed to support your district, which includes locations across the Lower Mainland, Nanaimo, Courtenay, and Kamloops, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
