The specialist will provide operational support to distributors, monitor their performance, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with sales plans. They will also facilitate communication and coordination with partners in line with company objectives such as the Plans communication and alignment with sales team, SI plans + involvement in the DMR, Period Priorities, IDVP and KPI. Additionally, this specialist will provide support to the Sales team in matters of analytics, customization and automation of sales reports, SI and KPI, including in Power BI. What will be your key responsibilities? Distributor Management: operational support (Mars-Distributors), support in driving effective sales growth via reconciliation of SI delivery, Orders, Stock management, SO Plans, NQC & SCL management. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze distributors and sales KPI performance to identify opportunities and challenges. Creation and development of a reporting system for the fulfillment of all key KPIs for the sales department, as well as provision of analytical support for the sales team, in particular for the Market Head. Track monthly sales performance, promo effectiveness, distribution gains and pricing execution; highlight risks and opportunities. Support annual and monthly business planning processes with scenario modelling, forecasts and profitability analysis. Continuously improve reporting templates, automate manual processes and enhance data quality. Customer management: manage a team of distributors/peers to ensure alignment with company goals and provide ongoing support. Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of customer reports, dashboards and performance analyses to support business reviews. Manage customer master data, including item setup, listing forms, promo forms and internal and external systems. Build insights-based recommendations through analysis of assortment, shelf data, share reports, in-outs and competitive activities. Maintain and update trade term agreements, promo calendars and customer documentation, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines. Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Category teams to ensure strong alignment and operational excellence. What are we looking for? Analytical skills with ability to work with large amount of information/data, attention to details; Action oriented with continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement; Good communication skills (both oral and written) and discipline; Accurate and effective planning (process management); English & Russian – Upper intermediate; Extensive use of Excel & Power point, Power BI.
