Job Description Within the Altrom distribution center located in Scarborough, ON, you will work closely with your management team. Salary Range: $83,700 – $104,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Plan, implement, and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy. Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets. Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors. Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination. Ensure effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations. Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards. Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
