Job Description Stewarding Supervisor As the Stewarding Supervisor, you will be an integral member of the team, inspecting all flatware, tableware, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring a superior standard of work. This is a full-time, permanent role, starting May 2026. Starting Rate of Pay: $26.25 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.10 Job Duties Include: Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned Responsible for the training of new colleagues Ensure the kitchen colleagues have the dishes, silverware and equipment required Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair
