Branch Manager
(internally known as Branch Manager II) role could be the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your leadership journey! You'll oversee all branch operations, ensuring top-tier project execution, financial strength, and a culture where your team can grow and succeed (and have fun).
Salary for this role = 100-125K, + BM incentive plan, assigned vehicle, and health/dental benefits, RRSP program and more.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH MANAGER
As a Branch Manager, you set the tone for excellence, energy, and accountability within your branch. You lead from the front, guiding people, projects, and profitability with precision and purpose. You keep a close pulse on performance, reviewing financial results, tracking KPIs, and seizing every opportunity to improve margin, efficiency, and service delivery. Collaboration drives your success as you work with Project Managers, Estimators, and Supervisors to plan, execute, and exceed client expectations. You mentor and empower other Branch Managers, building leadership strength and ensuring consistency across locations. You partner with Sales and Regional leadership to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and elevate operational performance. Each day, your leadership, decision-making, and drive for results push your branch and your people to achieve new levels of success.
Qualifications
7+ years of industry-related experience (level II or III XACTIMATE)
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and branch-level financial performance
Strong understanding of restoration and construction processes, job costing, and operational delivery
Competent infundamental drying processes, industry mitigation standards,and hasa high level of knowledge of restoration techniques
Skilled communicator and relationship builder with clients, vendors, and team members
Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring other leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
Requires ability to respond to employees and vendors after hours and on weekends
Ability to travel for work conferences and meetings for short periods inside and outside the region
