Bilingual Director, Technology Services (French and English) | Executive Leadership Introduction Are you an experienced technology leader who enjoys shaping strategy, building strong teams, and leading meaningful organizational change? Our client is seeking a Bilingual Director, Technology Services to provide executive leadership across technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Toronto, with an expected onsite presence of 2 to 3 days per week. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, you will help guide technology initiatives that support accessibility, inclusion, and long-term organizational success. Compensation: $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits and pension package. Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy. What You'll Do As a member of the executive leadership team, you will provide strategic direction for technology services while fostering a collaborative, supportive, and accountable environment. You will help ensure technology investments strengthen operations and support the organization's long-term mission. Responsibilities Develop and implement the organization's enterprise technology strategy. Lead the Technology Services team and provide executive leadership. Guide organizational transformation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness. Oversee cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, disaster recovery planning, and technology governance. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments. Lead Microsoft 365 modernization initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint. Establish performance measures, improve operational processes, and strengthen accountability. Collaborate with senior leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities. Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and French. At least 7 years of executive or senior technology leadership experience. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong strategic planning, business, and financial management skills. Proven ability to lead organizational change while developing engaged, high‑performing teams. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative leadership style with sound judgment, integrity, and accountability. Hybrid work environment.
