Acquisition execution:
Coordinate and run acquisition initiatives that drive sign-ups and funded activations for SmartFolio Pro through InvestorLine, retail referral pathways, and loyalty channels (Air Miles / Blue Rewards).
Targeting & lifecycle marketing support:
Partner with marketing teams to improve audience segmentation and reduce “blanket” outreach by using more targeted, behaviour-led lifecycle communications (awareness → onboarding → re-engagement).

Identify friction points and work with digital/product/marketing partners to improve conversion from click → registration → first purchase → repeat engagement.
Messaging & content alignment:
Ensure communications are clear, education-led, and aligned to SmartFolio Pro’s positioning for DIY investors (informative, non-advisory tone).
Partner coordination:
Work day-to-day with InvestorLine, Retail Banking, and loyalty stakeholders to align campaign timing, channel placements, and client journey handoffs.
Performance tracking:
Contribute to the development and monitoring of an acquisition and conversion performance (e.g., funnel conversion, activation, engagement) scorecard and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Platform evolution & strategic input
Provide client-led insights to support the ongoing evolution of SmartFolio Pro, helping shape platform enhancements, new product add-ons, and future capabilities based on observed client behaviour, engagement patterns, and demand trends
Partner with product, digital, and marketing teams to refine the platform experience and value proposition, improving adoption, usability, and overall client engagement
Skills & experience
Experience in
digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, or conversion optimization
, ideally in an Order Execution Only environment.
Strong grasp of
segmentation, email targeting, and marketing effectiveness
(test/learn mindset; using performance data to refine campaigns).
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, digital/product, analytics, and distribution teams to deliver coordinated execution.
Clear written and verbal communication skills—able to craft and refine education-forward messaging that stays within platform guardrails.
