Reportingto the CEO, the Director of Sales and Marketing plays a strategic role inAvversita’s growth and brand visibility. He or she is responsible for thecommercial strategy, business development, and execution of marketinginitiatives that enhance brand awareness and generate new businessopportunities. KeyResponsibilities Define and execute Avversita’s growth strategy in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team. Develop new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing. Respond to RFPs and participate in the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners (SAP, Microsoft, etc.) and clients. Oversee marketing and content strategy: campaigns, events, digital presence, and brand image. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce promotional materials and manage campaigns. Track commercial and marketing performance using key metrics and recommend improvements. Participate in strategic growth decisions and contribute to long-term business planning. Promote Avversita’s culture and embody its values with employees, clients, and partners. Requirements 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within professional services, IT, or SaaS. Strong knowledge of SAP, BI, Datasphere/BDC, or digital transformation solutions. Proven skills in prospecting, negotiation, and managing complex RFPs. Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal. Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset. Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
