Responsibilities
Partner with experts and leadership to develop the graphics strategy for the company, leading and ensuring a holistic, cohesive product vision for the Visualization Solution platform and products. Work closely with business strategy and sales to align on market opportunities, setting a high bar for product clarity, execution rigor, and cross‑team collaboration. Create and maintain roadmaps focused on customer outcomes, managing the plan from concept through execution, delivery, and post‑release adoption and business success. Ensure establishment and tracking against strategic objectives, key results, and product health KPIs.
Team Leadership & Development
Attract, scale, and retain a high‑performing team of Product Managers to drive impact across a geographically dispersed team of internal partners and stakeholders. Ensure cohesiveness and excellence in the practice of product management, model collaborative leadership across organizational boundaries, and serve as a role model for communication with customers and stakeholders, facilitating alignment towards shared goals and handling challenging situations.
Customer Engagement
Develop and manage strong, lasting relationships with customers worldwide. Articulate product value while differentiating products from competitors, represent Autodesk graphics and visualization products at customer sites, conferences, and other venues, and align stakeholders within the company to maximize joint outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management or in AEC or graphics technology leadership.
5+ years managing a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
Deep understanding of graphics and BIM modeling.
Experience leading high‑performing teams on sizeable cross‑functional, cross‑organizational projects.
Proficiency in data and analytics to make well‑informed decisions and develop business strategies.
Experience managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty.
Ability to convey complex ideas concisely and impactfully.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive and customer audiences.
Ability to collaborate with a global team and travel up to 25% of the time.
Familiarity with scrum/agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA degree.
Track record for building business cases, setting and tracking business goals, and understanding financial metrics.
Expert knowledge and connections within the graphics community.
Background in the AEC industry.
Salary
U.S. starting base salary $180,000 – $321,860 plus potential bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
