Product & Engineering Full Time Vancouver, BC Hybrid $245,000 - $250,000 CAD per year We are hiring a Director, Product & AI Strategy to partner directly with the CEO and CTO to define and execute Styx Intelligence’s product vision and AI-first strategy. This leader will own the evolution of our Digital Risk Protection platform and help transform Styx into an AI-native threat intelligence company. You willoperateat the intersection of product, AI, threat intelligence, and customer value—shaping roadmap, driving execution, and ensuring we build category-defining capabilities. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for a builder who thrives in early-stage environments. Core Responsibilities Own and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap Partner with CEO and CTO to align product direction with company goals and market opportunities Translate customer needs, threat landscape trends, and competitive insights into product innovation Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution processes Define and track product KPIs including adoption, retention, and customer value Define and execute Styx’s AI-first platform strategy Identifyand implement AI/LLM opportunities across: Threat detection and classification Signal enrichment and correlation Automated intelligence analysis Alert prioritization and triage Copilots and analyst augmentation Partner closely with engineering to operationalize AI capabilities into production Evaluate and integrate external AI models, tools, and infrastructure where appropriate Ensure responsible, secure, and scalable use of AI Evolve Styx’s Digital Risk Protection platform into a differentiated, category-leading solution Drive expansion into adjacent threat intelligence and cyber intelligence use cases Identifyopportunities for automation and scale Define platform architecture direction in collaboration with CTO Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and priorities Partner with Sales and Customer Success on product positioning and key deals Support enterprise sales cycles where product leadership presence is critical Represent Styx in customer, partner, and industry conversations Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as a core member of the leadership team Build and scale the product function over time Establish best-in-class product management practices Align engineering, intelligence, and GTM teams around product priorities WhatWe’reLooking For Required Experience 8+ years in product management, including leadership roles Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms Experience with AI/ML-driven products, ideally including LLM-based systems Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineers Experience at a startup or early-stage company (Seed–Series B preferred) Proven ability to define and execute product strategy Strongly Preferred Experience in one or more of: Cybersecurity Trust & Safety Experience building AI-native or AI-first platforms Experience working with security teams or intelligence workflows Experience taking products from early traction to scale Builder mindset — thrives in ambiguity and early-stage environments Strategic thinker with strong execution ability Customer-obsessed Highly collaborative Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically Strong communicationand leadership presence Why This Role Matters This role will directly shape the future of Styx Intelligence.You will help define: Our platform differentiation Our ability to scale into a category leader This is a rare opportunity to join early and haveoutsizedimpact.
