This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations based in Canada.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Operations leader to shape and optimize the systems, processes, and data that power a high-growth SaaS organization's go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create a unified, data-driven revenue engine. You'll play a key role in forecasting business performance, improving operational efficiency, and driving scalable growth initiatives. Accountabilities:
Lead the development and optimization of revenue operations strategy, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
Own revenue forecasting, annual planning, quota modeling, and budgeting processes while delivering accurate, executive-level reporting and scenario analysis.
Manage and optimize the revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, subscription management, and business intelligence tools.
Improve lead-to-revenue workflows by enhancing automation, attribution models, data quality, and operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
Design, monitor, and optimize sales funnels, pipeline performance, lead scoring models, service-level agreements, and conversion metrics.
Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across go-to-market teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on pricing strategies, product-led growth initiatives, payments optimization, and revenue experimentation.
Establish scalable operational processes, governance, and best practices while supporting future business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of Revenue Operations experience within high-growth SaaS organizations, preferably supporting companies in the $30M–$100M ARR stage.
Proven experience managing product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve revenue models with strong knowledge of modern go-to-market operations.
Hands-on expertise administering HubSpot and working with marketing automation platforms, subscription billing systems, product analytics, CPQ solutions, and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated success building accurate revenue forecasts, optimizing funnel performance, and improving operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.
Experience supporting pricing, packaging, subscription, or monetization initiatives across SaaS businesses.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Previous experience leading or mentoring small Revenue Operations teams is considered an asset.
Experience with embedded payments, fintech products, or payment monetization strategies is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
