Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
$65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Performance Bonuses
Performance-based bonuses may be awarded based on monthly operational milestones, staffing achievements, successful program launches, revenue growth, compliance outcomes, and overall organizational performance. Bonus opportunities are separate from base salary.

Connected Crew Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization currently in an expansion and startup-growth phase.
As the organization continues to grow and reaches staffing and operational benchmarks necessary to support long-term benefit programs, eligible employees will be considered for company-sponsored benefits following successful completion of their introductory employment period.
Employees who remain in good standing may become eligible for available benefits after ninety (90) days of employment, subject to:
