Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Performance Bonuses Performance-based bonuses may be awarded based on monthly operational milestones, staffing achievements, successful program launches, revenue growth, compliance outcomes, and overall organizational performance. Bonus opportunities are separate from base salary. Benefits Eligibility Connected Crew Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization currently in an expansion and startup-growth phase.
