Position Summary
As the
Director of Licensing, Credentialing, Accreditation & Revenue Integrity
, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization operates efficiently and meets all regulatory and accreditation standards. This leadership position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and revenue management processes. If you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and are ready to lead with purpose, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will: - Oversee the licensing and credentialing processes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Lead accreditation efforts to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence. - Manage revenue integrity initiatives, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Serve as a key liaison with regulatory bodies, accreditation organizations, and funding sources. - Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures. - Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in licensing, credentialing, accreditation, or revenue integrity roles. - Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in the behavioral health field. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. - The ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. - A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
