Job DescriptionJob Description DIRECTOR, INTERIOR DESIGN | STUDIO LEAD Location: Vancouver, BC Compensation: $120,000 - 150,000 + Bonus ABOUT THE ROLE WE are partnering with a highly respected and award-winning interior design practice to identify a Director, Interior Design | Studio Lead for their Vancouver office. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an accomplished Interior Design professional who combines exceptional design expertise with strong business acumen and team leadership capabilities. As Studio Lead, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the Vancouver practice, leading a talented team while fostering client relationships and ensuring design excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the strategic direction of the studio while overseeing projects across corporate workplace, commercial, healthcare, institutional, and multi-family sectors.
