Are you an experienced leader passionate about creating meaningful community-based services, building strong partnerships, and supporting individuals and families through innovative housing and recreational programming? Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a Director of Housing & Sport Venture to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our Housing and Sport Venture portfolios. Key Responsibilities As a member of the leadership team, the Director will play a key role in advancing Ranch Ehrlo’s mission by leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of affordable and supportive housing services, as well as community-based recreation and sport programming that promotes inclusion, independence, and positive outcomes for participants. This role will oversee program budgets, resource allocation, operational planning, risk management, and the ongoing development of services that respond to community needs. What We’re Looking For Education and Professional Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business, social work, or a related field. Certificate or diploma in property management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in a management or senior leadership role. Experience overseeing community housing and/or recreational program services. Experience in property management, real estate, or working with individuals experiencing complex barriers to housing is considered an asset. Skills And Experience Advanced knowledge and experience developing, implementing, and overseeing supportive housing initiatives and community-based recreational services. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative networks and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Strong financial management skills, including budget development, resource allocation, and monitoring. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify service gaps, develop solutions, and implement improvements. Ability to work effectively in complex, high-risk situations while making sound decisions.
