This individual is responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing real estate agents while leading the leadership team to achieve ambitious growth objectives.The Director is accountable for increasing agent count, agent productivity, market share, profitability, and overall organizational performance through strategic leadership, recruiting excellence, coaching, and execution.Mission of the RoleTo grow Keller Williams Preferred Realty by attracting productive agents and teams, developing strong leaders, increasing agent productivity, and creating a culture that becomes the brokerage of choice in the Twin Cities south metro.CompensationCompetitive base Salary with substantial bonus potential. This role is structured to reward high performers, offering significant upside tied to recruiting results, talent quality, and company growth objectives.
