About the Opportunity This role will lead the global planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. As a key business partner to executive leadership, the incumbent will drive enterprise-wide analytics, reporting transformation, sales incentive planning, and data-driven operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, ensuring alignment across global regions and functions. Own executive reporting and performance analytics, delivering insights across financial performance, sales, operations, and key business drivers. Transform reporting capabilities by leveraging business intelligence and planning tools to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making. Drive data governance, reporting standardization, and automation initiatives in partnership with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Oversee the global Sales Incentive Plan, including target setting, performance tracking, payout administration, and ongoing process improvements. Act as a strategic advisor to Finance, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product leadership, identifying opportunities to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Support key business initiatives including pricing strategy, product mix optimization, capacity planning, and digital transformation efforts. Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and planning function, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. About You CPA designation required (public accounting firm training is a strong asset) 6-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics. Currently operating at the Senior Manager or Director level with proven people leadership experience (3+ direct reports) Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or other tangible goods environments. Strong business partnering, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Salary Range $160,000 - $200,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
