Lead Swiftlink's engineering organization across the end-to-end development, delivery and commercialization of advanced RFIC/SoC, mmWave, wireless and satellite communication products. What you’ll do Lead multidisciplinary teams across IC design, RF engineering, system architecture, hardware, software and test Own the full product lifecycle — from definition through architecture, design, verification, tape-out, packaging, validation and delivery Direct RFIC/SoC tape-out programs for mmWave, 5G-Advanced and future 6G applications, coordinating with foundries and vendors Define schedules, budgets and milestones; identify and mitigate technical risks Recruit, mentor and grow engineering talent; support customer engagements and strategic partnerships What we’re looking for Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering or a related field (PhD preferred) 10+ years in the semiconductor, RFIC, SoC, wireless or satellite communications industries 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership Familiarity with ASIC/RFIC design flows, foundry processes, tape-out, packaging, post-silicon validation and RF test Reach out to our team — we're happy to tell you more about working at Swiftlink. #J-18808-Ljbffr
