Responsibilities
Support the vice-president by helping define strategic priorities
Develop and deliver the administrative department’s business plan based on strategic issues and targeted results
Ensure that action plans for reporting administrative units are carried out in a performance management context
Apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, talent attraction and retention
Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
Ensure entrusted projects are carried through to maximize targeted business results
Support the administrative unit’s business plan by successfully managing individual and team performance
Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
