**Job Description** The Federal Consulting team seeks a Director of Internal Change Management to own the adoption of tools, processes, and new ways of working across the Oracle Health Transformation Office. This is a hands-on adoption leadership role where adoption is treated as a success criterion, not an afterthought. The Director ensures teams actually adopt the APEX application, AI-enabled delivery tools, onsite tools, governance expectations, and process changes required to realize value. This role owns the adoption strategy and programs for new processes, defining change impacts by stakeholder group, identifying adoption risks, and building the training, enablement, and quick-reference support that turn new tools into everyday practice. By defining and tracking adoption KPIs and listening to employee sentiment, this role reinforces the why behind transformation, reduces resistance, and translates user pain points into enhancements and process improvements. We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. **Job Responsibilities Include** + Own the adoption strategy and programs for AI tools, onsite tools, and new processes. + Define change impacts by stakeholder group and identify adoption risks. + Define adoption criteria included in executive dashboard reviews. + Monitor change saturation and identify teams overloaded by competing initiatives. + Define adoption KPIs, including tool usage, data completeness, workflow compliance, training completion, and leadership engagement. + Gather user feedback and translate pain points into enhancements or process improvements. + Own the employee sentiment listening strategy for transformation impacts, including pulse survey input, themes, and action planning with leaders. + Reinforce the why behind transformation initiatives and reduce resistance. **Basic Qualifications** + At least 10 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including experience in organizational change management, adoption, training and enablement, or transformation. + Proven track record owning adoption strategy and programs that move teams to actually use new tools, processes, and ways of working. + Experience defining change impacts by stakeholder group, identifying adoption risks, and building mitigation and enablement plans. + Demonstrated ability to define and track adoption KPIs such as tool usage, workflow compliance, training completion, and leadership engagement. + Experience building training, enablement, and quick-reference materials for operational and field audiences. + Experience running employee sentiment listening, including pulse surveys, theme analysis, and action planning with leaders. + Ability to gather user feedback and translate pain points into enhancements or process improvements. + Ability to obtain Federal security clearance (Public Trust) necessary for this role, which requires being a US citizen and residing in the US. + High attention to detail, precision, and an unwavering commitment to adoption outcomes and measurable impact. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience in Oracle Health, healthcare IT, Federal Consulting, or federal healthcare delivery environments. + Experience supporting adoption for VA or other federal deployment programs. + Experience driving adoption of AI-enabled or automation tools and embedding them into operational cadence. + Familiarity with executive dashboard adoption criteria and governance expectations. + Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or related change management certification. + Ability to inspire cross-functional teams, uphold adoption standards, and mentor junior team members. **Travel requirement:** 20% **Responsibilities** + Own the adoption strategy and programs for AI tools, onsite tools, and new processes. + Define change impacts by stakeholder group and identify adoption risks. + Define adoption criteria included in executive dashboard reviews. + Monitor change saturation and identify teams overloaded by competing initiatives. + Define adoption KPIs, including tool usage, data completeness, workflow compliance, training completion, and leadership engagement. + Gather user feedback and translate pain points into enhancements or process improvements. + Own the employee sentiment listening strategy for transformation impacts, including pulse survey input, themes, and action planning with leaders. + Reinforce the why behind transformation initiatives and reduce resistance. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
