We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Director, HR Systems & Analytics with deep expertise in Workday HCM to lead the design, optimization, and delivery of our HR technology stack and reporting/data capabilities. This role is critical in enabling business transformation, supporting rapid growth, and integrating acquired organizations within a dynamic, fast‑paced financial services environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Defines and execute the enterprise HR systems strategy, with a focus on Workday HCM and its ecosystem. Leads system roadmap planning, including enhancements, integrations, and releases aligned with business priorities. Serves as the Workday subject matter expert and ensures systems are scalable to support growth and acquisitions. Drives delivery through Agile operating models, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative releases. Establishes product‑oriented delivery and optimizes resources to ensure focused, high‑impact outcomes. Leads HR systems due diligence, data migration, and integration activities for M&A transactions. Develops standardized onboarding playbooks and ensures seamless system integration with minimal disruption. Leads an advanced HR analytics function to deliver Workday operational reports and promote self‑service reporting in Workday. Develops dashboards and leverages data to improve workforce planning, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Works with our AI team to build use cases on how we can leverage AI to streamline manual work across data and systems. Works across our HR, IT and Corporate teams to support automation of end‑to‑end process (e.g. Onboarding, workforce planning, etc.). Acts as a trusted advisor and translates business needs into scalable solutions. Serves as the point person for system‑related audits, ensuring HR systems comply with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards. Establishes governance frameworks and supports audit activities. Manages third‑party vendors on delivery of Workday application services. Develops scorecard on resource performance, spend and delivery for executive consumption. Leads and develops a high‑performing team across in‑office and remote environments. Coordinates with global jurisdictions on Workday changes to ensure governance and regional compliance. Provides coaching, mentorship, and performance management while fostering a collaborative and outcome‑focused culture. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Minimum of 8 years of experience leading an HR systems practice specializing in Workday HCM in global jurisdictions. Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing a reporting/data analytics function. Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience configuring Workday HCM. Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a team of Systems professionals in Agile methodology. Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a highly demanding environment juggling multiple priorities. NICE TO HAVE Previous experience in financial services with M&A exposure. Proven leadership in Agile delivery and managing distributed teams. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $143,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
