We're partnering with a highly respected financial services organization seeking a Director of FP&A to lead income statement forecasting, legal entity projections, and cross-functional financial planning initiatives and make an immediate impact.
You’ll influence enterprise-wide financial strategy, help shape capital and forecasting decisions, and serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership
$210-$250K Total Comp (base + full annual bonus)

This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll work alongside Capital, Tax, Accounting, Treasury, Actuarial, and Executive Finance leaders to influence critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead income statement and legal entity forecasting across a complex financial services organization.
Drive financial projections supporting capital planning, tax forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze forecast assumptions, run rates, emerging trends, and actual-to-forecast performance.
Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Capital, and Actuarial teams to ensure consistency across financial projections.
Identify key risks, opportunities, and business drivers while presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
Strengthen forecasting processes, governance, and financial controls.
Lead and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst while helping elevate the FP&A function.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, actuarial, accounting, consulting, or strategic finance.
Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, legal entity forecasting and capital planning
Experience within asset-intensive financial services environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights.
A collaborative leadership style with experience partnering across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Capital, and Actuarial teams.
CPA, CFA, ASA/FSA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are highly valued.
