Job Description The Director’s position shall be filled by a senior executive who will manage the ITGC sector of the worldwide ICOFR initiative. The position is permanent, full-time with a standard full-time work schedule and hybrid working conditions. In the position, one will find a cooperative, inclusive, and employee-centric atmosphere. The main duty assigned to the role is to guarantee the establishment of strong internal controls and audit verification in business divisions. The position requires close cooperation with internal groups, auditors, and top management. Responsibilities The global ICOFR program should be maintained and improved. Surveillance and guidance of IT General Controls (ITGC) scoping, improvements, and approvals. Joining forces with business units, IT risk, and compliance teams. Engagement with internal and external auditors in order to maintain audit readiness and address findings. IT compliance with financial regulations and control standards. Presentation of ITGC results, gaps, and updates to senior leadership and the Audit Committee. Support, guide, and grow team members. Requirements Over five years of experience in IT risk and internal controls. Having a CPA, CISA, or any other similar certification would be considered a very strong asset. COSO, COBIT, NIST, and IT control frameworks. Stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration abilities. Having project management experience is a must. Some experience in the field of insurance or finance. Understanding of the SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO certifications. Proven time in leading and mentoring teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
