Job Overview Position Title: Director of Brand and Creative Management. Closing Date: 07/21/2026. Worker Type: Permanent. Language(s) Required: Bilingual (English and French). Salary Range: $140,280 - $189,780. Key Responsibilities Lead the team responsible for building trust, reputation and connection at FCC. Shape how the brand is expressed across the organization and in the market. Oversee brand strategy, advertising, creative development, media planning and buying and integrated marketing efforts to strengthen brand reputation, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Guide high‑performing teams, influence enterprise‑wide decisions, and ensure the brand evolves in step with business priorities and marketplace expectations. Champion our brand identity, lead brand strategy, including positioning, messaging and architecture, aligned with corporate priorities and the customer value proposition. Advise senior leaders on brand and integrated marketing approaches informed by brand research, trends, best practices, insights, and risk management. Oversee the operations, development and execution of digital, graphic, print and video creative across the organization, including digital asset management. Direct national and regional marketing advertising campaigns that build awareness, visibility and reputation with targeted external audiences, including media planning and buying. Lead brand programs, education, collateral, branded office experiences, trade show and events branding, as well as sourcing employee uniforms and promotional items. Oversee photography, video production and multimedia development through in‑house teams and external partners. Manage team resources, budget, technology, priorities and workflows to support high‑quality delivery and long‑term capability. Develop and lead a high‑performing team of employees and contractors, fostering a safe, inclusive and collaborative culture. Partner with the Vice‑President to guide brand identity, employee brand and visual standards across customer and employee channels. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading brand, marketing and creative strategies at a senior level. Extensive experience leading large teams and managing cross‑functional projects in complex organizations. Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams. Creative vision combined with strong business judgment, conceptual, analytical and problem‑solving skills. In‑depth knowledge of brand management, metrics, integrated marketing communication, advertising, and promotion planning and execution. Proven experience managing budgets, resources, contractors and risk while delivering high‑quality multi‑channel work. A degree in business administration, marketing or communications, supplemented by credentials and/or seven or more years of experience in marketing, brand, communications or advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Position is designated as bilingual (English and French); the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. If no qualified bilingual candidate is found, a qualified unilingual candidate will be considered and supported in training in the second official language. Both bilingual and unilingual candidates are therefore encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of multimedia production, digital marketing, social media, media planning and buying, print production and procurement. Experience developing and measuring impact of large‑scale national or regional campaigns. Knowledge of FCC business practices, processes and culture. Agriculture industry knowledge and awareness of current marketing industry trends and best practices. Strong bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
